By accessing or using HyndeAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
HyndeAI provides AI-generated digital transformation packages, including website copy, design systems, backend specifications, chatbot scripts, and brand assets. All deliverables are generated automatically by AI based on the brief you submit. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue result, or search ranking from the use of our deliverables.
When you purchase a package, payment is processed at the price displayed at checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Once payment is confirmed, your order is activated and you may submit your project brief. AI generation begins after the brief is submitted and deliverables are provided in your dashboard.
Due to the automated, AI-generated nature of our deliverables, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If AI generation has not yet been initiated for your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once deliverables have been generated and made available in your dashboard, refunds are generally not issued except where required by law.
All AI-generated deliverables provided to you through your purchased package are yours to use for your business purposes, including modification and commercial use. You retain ownership of the final outputs you download. HyndeAI retains ownership of its platform, prompts, templates, and underlying technology. You may not resell or redistribute the raw deliverables as a competing service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your project brief. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited. HyndeAI is not liable for deliverables generated from inaccurate or incomplete brief information.
HyndeAI provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any business losses, lost profits, or data loss resulting from the use of AI-generated deliverables.
Deliverables are produced by automated AI models and may contain errors, outdated information, or outputs that require human review before deployment. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content, code, and assets before using them in production environments.
Our deliverables may reference or integrate with third-party services, tools, or hosting providers. HyndeAI is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of HyndeAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of HyndeAI shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
