Cookie Notice & Controls

Website notice | Consent management implementation

Effective: 12 October 2026

1. About cookies

Cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technologies help websites operate and may measure traffic or personalise marketing. Hynde AI uses only the categories actually deployed on hyndeai.com. This notice is a proposed policy; the live cookie inventory must be verified with a browser/network scan before publication.

2. Cookie categories and default controls

Strictly necessary technologies support login, checkout, fraud prevention, session management and consent storage; these may operate without opt-in where permitted. Preferences remember user settings. Analytics measure site use. Marketing/advertising technologies track campaign performance or personalised ads. In jurisdictions requiring prior consent, preferences, analytics and marketing technologies must remain OFF until the user opts in.

3. Consent banner and preference centre

At first visit, show clear buttons: "Accept all", "Reject non-essential", and "Customise". The two primary options should be similarly prominent. Do not pre-tick optional categories or load non-essential tags before the relevant consent. Provide a persistent "Cookie settings" footer link so users can change or withdraw consent as easily as they granted it.

4. Consent logging and renewal

Record a pseudonymous consent ID, timestamp, policy/version, categories selected, jurisdiction logic and subsequent changes; limit access and retention. Re-present choices when technologies/purposes materially change or when a consent refresh is legally required. Respect Global Privacy Control or similar signals where applicable law requires it.

5. Browser controls and third-party cookies

Customers may block/delete cookies in their browser, but necessary functions may be affected. Some technologies are set by third parties; their identities, purposes, durations and privacy links must be disclosed in the completed live cookie inventory. Cookie banner settings should control tags in practice, not merely update a preference label.
